Product Activation

I cannot get to the product activation screen....Help.

I have followed the user guide, but do not get the product activation pop-up

Did you get any error message ? Are you able to get to the login page ? Please attach log message from C:\BIPLUS\Apps\BIPLUS\logs directory

You might be experiencing the same problem that someone else had, in that your internet communications need to go through a proxy server.

If this is the case, please follow the instructions from Sun that are posted here:
http://www.java.com/en/download/help/5000020600.xml

Hi just installed BIplus community edition to evaluate.
I got the user id and Activated emailed.
When I try to activate the prod I get the following error. Would you know why ? Thanks

Please ensure that you are connected to the internet fine, while the activation is in process.

Also if your internet connection goes through a proxy server, Please follow the following link

When i used Firefox an error occured but it worked usin Internet eplorer 7.... it may help you...

What error message do you get ? Please send us log file from C:\BIPLUS\Apps\BIPLUS\log directory.

Hello!
I cannot activate BIPlus either.
I get the Message "BIPlus is not activated yet, ....". I then click the OK button and nothing happens. I do not redirected to the activation page.
