Steps to use these sample reports with Community Edition BI Plus
unzip the contents of the archive and make a note of the directory where the .CSV files are.
From the Admin screen, import the CSV_Based_Samples.smd file.
Once done, go to Admin --> Datasources. Select CSV and modify.
In the Connection URL, find the destination and ensure that it points to the directory where the CSV files are (example: if you have saved it in C:\BIPLUS\sampleData, then the connection should read:
jdbc:odbc:Driver={Microsoft Text Driver (*.txt; *.csv)};DBQ=C:\BIPLUS\sampleData;ImportMixedTypes= Text
Once that is done, everything should just work. Run the Reporter application to see a full view of the reports as an end user would see them
